Winter is coming, but so is Xmas. Which means you will likely be eating lots of sweets during the Holiday season.
But what if you want to lose weight this Winter instead of gaining it?
Well we do have some suggestions. The following foods are good for slimming down - even during Winter! Many of the following foods are an excellent source of nutrients, contain chemicals that help your body slim down, high protein, anti-oxidants, and/or are very low on calories.
